Welcome and thank you for visiting Grace Christian Fellowship “Kids Connected” Home-Page. I would like to share important information about our children’s ministry. My philosophy is that every child is very important, and unique in their development. We believe that each child’s development of their physical, mental, social and spiritual areas of their lives is a great responsibility entrusted to us by God and by their parents. We are committed to assure that each child is given the opportunity to become the person God has created them to be according to his plan and purpose for their lives. It is our desire to give every child a strong spiritual foundation to build a successful life upon. Every child is of great value to those of us who serve in children’s ministry here at GCF.
Mission Statement: (Kids Connected):
To teach every child, young or old, to love God with all their heart, mind and strength. To teach every child to love one another as Christ loves us.
Vision Statement:
To see every child live a life for Christ.
Teaching and ministering to every one they come into contact with daily.
We have Godly men and women who serve in our children’s classes. All of our teachers must have a complete background check done prior to teaching.
Our Departments are: “Cuddled in God’s Love”… Nursery
“Kingdom Builders”… Toddlers
“Growing For Jesus”… Pre-Kindergarten
“Treasure Seekers”… Kindergarten – 3rd Grade
“Faith Walkers”… 4th – 5th Grade
The security of every child is important to the staff of GCF. We have a security team that patrols during services, Plus, every child must be signed in by a parent and each parent is given a security band with an assigned number. Only the parent with the band is allowed to sign child out of class.
Events: Vacation Bible School…2nd or 3rd week of July (actual date to be announced)
Family Night… every quarter ( look for announcement)
