Needed Prayers

As you may or not be aware of, there has been a civil war in the Ivory Coast for about 6 months or more. Over 400,000 people have become refugees into neighboring nations. This is a disaster for the people and for our GCF Churches. Some church buildings have been burned to the ground and entire congregations have been dispersed as refugees.

Over the past couple of weeks, the civil unrest is beginning to die down and people are returning back to what is left of their homes. As you can understand, the GCF churches and the people there have to begin all over again to rebuild. Of course there is no money and other resources are small.

Our GCF Church Planter Pastor Jude Ogoke is in desperate need of many things and surely in need of our prayers for some time to come. Let us be in prayer for his nation, the common people there, and especially our GCF Pastors and congregations to have their needs met and to have the courage and wisdom to start over again!
