The Grace Christian School of Ministry

Grace Christian Fellowship School of Ministry
A Ministry of Grace Christian Fellowship and the USA International Mission Board

Purpose

To impart the anointing of vision and mission that God has given to the Grace Christian Fellowship network and to provide quality Christian education to those who serve or who will be serving in GCF Churches worldwide

Vision

To train and equip Pastors and Leaders to be the most loving people possible.

Mission

To send these Pastors and Leaders to share this loving model of church life all over the world.
Doctrinal Beliefs

· The Bible is the word of God and is to be the final source of authority in all matters of faith and practice.

· There is only one God who is revealed in a triune nature, God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit. God can be intimately known by everyone but cannot be fully known by anyone.

· On the cross, Jesus died for all of our sins, sicknesses, sufferings and shame; He then rose bodily from the grave, and is alive and available today to provide forgiveness, healing, deliverance and restoration according to His time and will for all men.

· God the Holy Spirit enters man's heart at the moment of salvation but there are many experiences through the filling of the Holy Spirit yet to occur in the believer's life. Also the gifts of the Holy Spirit should have open and free expression in the context of order and edification of others.

· Man is a sinner by nature and by choice and is in need of God's work of salvation, through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, to be in right relationship with God. This work of salvation is God's work in man and not man's work for God. Man cannot add to or take away from God's work in his heart.

· Learning to love God and other people are paramount in the Christian walk and will be stimulated and maintained through regular Bible study, prayer, worship, stewardship, evangelism, Christian service and fellowship. These are essential Christian disciplines for each believer's life. Man's spiritual growth and development is a cooperative effort between himself and God, which is basically, man properly responding to God's continual work in his heart.

· Jesus Christ will return a second time as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. When He returns, He will rapture His church, judge the living and the dead and establish His eternal kingdom.

Admission Policies

· Admission application must be submitted with the application fee.

· Admission into the Diploma program must be approved by GCF School of Ministry Committee on Academic Affairs.

· Anyone desiring to take courses for credit or audit who has not chosen to officially enter the Diploma program can do so as long as they pay in advance all admission and course fees.

· Admission fee is a one time fee unless someone has not taken a course in 4 semesters. After that time, a student will need to submit a new application and pay another fee.

· Auditing the classes’ means that someone will not be taking the course for any credit. They may or may not fulfill all of the course requirements including completing assignments and taking the tests. This is for the person who simply desires to take the course for whatever personal benefit they desire. If at some later date a person who has audited classes desires to change their status and work towards the diploma, they would have to re-take all classes they have audited in order to receive credit for them.

Committee of Academic Affairs

The Committee of Academic Affairs is in charge of all individual policies and procedures related to the ongoing functioning of the school. In addition, they will be in charge of applications and approvals of teachers, students, and all curriculums.
